Pet Policy

 BREED RESTRICTIONS APPLY: Breed Restrictions include, but are not limited to: German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Staffordshire Terrier, or any mix thereof. We reserve the right to restrict any pet. No aggressive pets will be permitted. Meet and greet is required prior to move-in. We allow dogs and cats with a weight limit of 75 pounds at maturity. Maximum 2 pets. Must have all current vaccinations/records required plus a photo verification. Residents are responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior of apartment or townhome. The Pet Fee does not cover damages to the interior or exterior of the apartment or townhome. Residents are responsible for any damages or waste from pets in common areas of the community and are required to obey all city, county, and state laws. Small fish tanks under 10 gallons.   

Pet Fee (Non-Refundable):

  • $300 for the first pet

  • $200 for the second pet
    In addition to the non-refundable pet fee, a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will apply.
